By undertaking this trip we are to raising money for CLIC Sargent. Part of the money that is raised will support the challenge but our target is to raise £10,000 for the charity.This will be achieved through a combination of sponsored events undertaken by the team and donations made by a variety of third parties. Several companies have alreday donated equipment and materials to support this process. Some companies and individuals have already donated time and services.

We now have two options for donations. If you wish to donate to the Bus Fund, please use the link at the bottom of the page. This money will end up in The Number 38 Bus bank account. Money in this account will be used to pay for fuel and other expenses on the trip and the surplus will be donated to CLIC Sargent. As we are not a registered charity (we are running an event to raise money for a registered charity), we can not claim Gift Aid on these donations.
If you wish, there is now a Justgiving page set up, allowing people to donate direct to CLIC Sargent AND allowing them to claim back the 28% Gift Aid + supplement. These funds go direct to CLIC Sargent and hence will not be used for bus related expenses. The link is :-
